The decoration of the store is in the style of the new rural areas in Northeast China, and there is a very conspicuous "big stove" on each table. The waiters are all young guys with quick hands and feet. We didn't know how to eat, so they taught us enthusiastically. Two cold dishes were served first: mixed shredded radish and black fungus, with a little too much garlic. After the fish pot was served, the waiter added various side dishes such as wide noodles, and poured in seasonings like soy sauce, and told us that it would take a while to cook it for flavor. The fish was not fishy, but I personally felt that the sauce was a bit too heavy, so the freshness of the fish could not be felt. The whole thing was a stew, which was very lively.
